Welcome to Sundays on Putnam, a thoughtfully curated Sarasota retreat designed for slow mornings, sunny afternoons, and making yourself right at home. Initially designed as a private getaway, our home has been completely reimagined with carefully selected finishes, inviting spaces, and all the little details that make a stay feel special. From the beautifully designed interiors to the private heated saltwater pool and fully fenced yard, every space was created with comfort and relaxation in mind.
Whether you're spending your days exploring Sarasota's beautiful beaches, discovering local favorites, or simply lounging by the saltwater pool, Sundays on Putnam is your own little slice of paradise.
Make it a week away or settle in for longer. Our fully furnished two-bedroom, 2.5-bath home welcomes stays of 7 nights or more, with monthly furnished and seasonal rentals for winter escapes, relocation, or working away from home. Pets are welcome with approval and an additional fee per pet, per stay.

Yes. Guests have private use of the screened saltwater pool, and pool heat is available for a comfortable stay.
Is the yard fully fenced?
Yes. The yard is fully fenced for added outdoor privacy.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Sundays on Putnam is pet friendly. Include your pet details when requesting availability so the stay can be approved correctly.
How many guests can stay?
The maximum occupancy is six guests. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen bed with a twin trundle. Pack ’n Plays are available with advance notice at booking. Please include your party’s sleeping needs when requesting availability.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Early arrival or late departure requires advance approval.

Yes. Our monthly furnished rental in Sarasota includes a fully equipped kitchen, an in-home washer and dryer, internet, utilities, and pool service. For stays longer than 30 days, ask about optional mid-stay housekeeping and pricing.
Does the home have electric-vehicle charging?
Yes. A universal Tesla-compatible EV charger is mounted beside the driveway outside the fence.
